FILA Group Australia is a leading distributor of art, craft, and stationery products in Australia with an established warehouse in Seven Hills.

As part of an international group we import and distribute a variety of well-known and iconic brands that have a loyal following in the local market.

We seek to recruit an experienced detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our team on a permanent part time basis reporting to the General Manager.

Opportunity:

Part Time (22.8 hours) - Immediate start

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

· Prepare and lodge BAS, FBT & Payroll Tax

· Process payroll and superannuation contributions

· Compile monthly and quarterly reporting

· Manage accounts payable and bank reconciliations

· Support accounts receivable

· Ensure compliance with ATO and accounting standards

· Liaise with external accountants or auditors as required

Required Knowledge and Skills:

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

· CPA/CA qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential)

· Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting experience

· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP B1)

· Sound knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements

· Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities

· Team player with positive attitude
