About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the Head of Corporate Finance within a fast-paced, high-performing Investment Banking environment. This is a key role requiring discretion, confidence, and the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide seamless 1:1 executive support, including complex diary management, international travel coordination, and expense processing

Serve as a trusted point of contact between the executive and high-profile clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions

Prepare and format documents, pitch books, and presentations to an impeccable standard

Manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and sound judgement

Assist with project coordination, reporting, and departmental communications as needed

Foster strong internal relationships across senior leadership and deal teams

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Professional Services

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and clients

High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset are essential
