Our Role

Located at our Galong Lime and Limestone Plant near Young NSW.

Central to Harden, Young, Boorowa and Yass

This position is responsible for supervising all production processing operations and ensuring the safety and efficient management of all activities carried out on site.

Lead the lime operations (kiln, hydrator, bagging) team and participate in development projects and growth-related initiatives at Graymont’s largest APAC operation

Key focus areas the role will include:

As the Production Supervisor you will:

Ensure safe and effective operation of the calcining, hydrating, milling and screening operations.

Maximize safe production to deliver required products within specification.

Lead and influence the performance of production team members, contractors and visitors.

Contribute to growth and capital projects.

Collaborate with and positively influence various internal and external stakeholders and maintain an effective relationship within the community.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:

Desirable is previous industry experience in similar roles, experience with mobile heavy equipment operations, crushing, calcining hydrating and screening

Plant and equipment maintenance experience is an advantage.

Essential is a willingness to give hands-on support through training and supervising production operators, providing mentoring and championing Graymont Values in behaviors

Driver’s license and right to work in Australia are essential
