About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Elite Security Screens and Doors in Riverstone, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to meet daily and weekly targets

Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks

Provide hands-on support and guidance to production staff, training them on proper procedures and techniques

Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality standards

Collaborate with other departments to align production with sales and customer demands

Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on production activities

What we're looking for

Substantial experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate production teams

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
