Provider Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Service Excellence
Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + HFA HQ in Brisbane - Milton)

Salary Range: $72,000 – $98,000 + super (based on experience)

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Provider Manager to oversee and nurture our national network of 1,500+ service providers. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring every provider aligns with HomeFront’s values, quality standards, and commitment to exceptional service.
Working closely with the Services Director, Services Manager, and Services Teams, you will lead provider engagement, issue resolution, and performance management, all while supporting scalable and sustainable service delivery across Australia.
This role does not involve direct staff management but requires high-level coordination, strategic thinking, and strong communication to maintain long-term partnerships and drive service delivery improvements.

Compensation & Growth Path
We understand the importance of recognising both experience and potential. Our remuneration range reflects this:
Entry-Level / Early Career (0–2 years relevant experience):
$72,000 – $85,000 + super
For those with a background in administration, coordination, or client services - perhaps stepping up from a Team Coordinator or CSO-type role-with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to grow with the right support and mentoring.
Senior Provider Manager –
Salary: $92,000 – $98,000 + super
For candidates with experience managing provider networks, overseeing service performance, and driving collaborative improvements in service delivery, particularly within aged care, NDIS, DVA, or related sectors. This role emphasises operational coordination and stakeholder engagement while requiring strong governance capabilities and the ability to manage complex relationships and compliance in medium-volume service environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong, values-aligned relationships with external service providers
- Leading provider onboarding, engagement, and retention in collaboration with internal teams
- Managing escalated provider issues and service disruptions with care and clarity
- Supporting sustainable service arrangements that reflect quality and efficiency
- Collaborating with internal leadership to ensure alignment and responsiveness
- Reviewing provider performance and reallocating clients when needed, while recognising and celebrating top performers
- Maintaining accurate documentation, compliance records, and conducting audits
- Supporting administrative and client service tasks, including service bookings
- Acting as a direct point of contact for provider communications (phone and email)
- Representing HomeFront’s values and commitment to safe, respectful client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in provider, vendor, or stakeholder management (aged care, NDIS, DVA or health sectors desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex provider needs with professionalism
- Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks
- An authentic desire to improve outcomes for vulnerable Australians
- Confident working independently, while contributing meaningfully to a close-knit team
- Military experience is recognised and valued
