As the Manager Stakeholder Engagement you will lead strategic and tactical client engagement to establish and maintain high quality relationships with IWFM customers throughout Queensland Health, to enable effective planning and delivery of the Program Implementation Strategy.
What you'll do
You will:
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships between Corporate Enterprise Solutions and its customers to ensure the successful delivery of ICT enabled business change in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.
- Implement and manage appropriate IWFM Program governance, investment and project management which is aligned with the Department's PMO framework.
- Develop project plans and apply appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools including and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
- Manage the project including resources and finance within program tolerances.
- Work collaboratively to initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with both key internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills to effectively develop and manage business and customer relationships to deliver project objectives.
- Expertise in applying established project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.
- Well-developed leadership and team management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and connect with others and build positive productive internal and external working relationships, often remotely.
Intrastate travel is a requirement of this role.
