As we scale toward our goal of certifying 1M+ professionals by 2027, we’re hiring a remote Trainer & Assessor to support students completing their Certificate III & IV in Fitness qualifications through our online platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver engaging virtual training for Certificate III & IV in Fitness

Inspire and mentor students through their learning journey, from enrolment to graduation

Conduct, mark and record student assessments in accordance with RTO and ASQA requirements

Provide personalised coaching and feedback to support student confidence and progression

Facilitate live Zoom-based workshops, Q&A sessions and student check-ins

Contribute to curriculum improvements via validation and moderation sessions

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher)

2+ years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, with recent industry engagement

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) — or currently completing

Proven ability to create connection and clarity in an online learning environment

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and evidence-based fitness education

Confidence using tools like Zoom, LMS platforms and cloud-based systems

Ongoing professional development and commitment to industry best practice
