Broker Systems Trainer – Insurance

$100k–$110k + super | Hybrid work model | Immediate start preferred
Location: Sydney CBD | Occasional travel required

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and tech-savvy Broker Systems Trainer to join a dynamic general insurance group during a period of significant digital transformation. You will play a key role in supporting the successful rollout and adoption of a new Broker Management System, working closely with teams across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone with a professional background in general insurance, preferably from a broking environment, who enjoys empowering others through training and helping teams get the best from their systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for the Broker Management System and integrated tools
• Create tailored training resources, including manuals, guides, and videos
• Facilitate training sessions through a mix of in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats
• Act as a systems champion and provide support to users post-implementation
• Work with stakeholders across various business units to ensure training aligns with operational needs
• Assist in system testing, user feedback, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and user adoption

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of General Insurance is essential; ideally with broking experience
• Experience as a trainer, systems super user, or application champion is highly regarded – are you the ‘go-to’ tech expert on your team?
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence in running group sessions and one-on-one coaching (both in person and online)
• Ability to create clear, engaging training materials for a range of learning styles
• Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced or project environment
• Comfortable with occasional interstate travel as required
