Accredited First Aid Courses is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for nearly 30 years, dedicated to delivering high-quality First Aid and CPR training across Melbourne. We operate 12 public training locations and provide onsite training for businesses, sports clubs, and community organisations.
The Role:
We are seeking passionate and professional First Aid/CPR Trainers & Assessors to deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions and assess student competencies. Join our team and help empower people to save lives through first aid education!

Equipment Provided: All necessary first aid training equipment supplied if you do not have your own
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and motivating training sessions that inspire learners.
Foster a positive, supportive, and approachable learning environment.
Utilise innovative teaching methods to empower students with essential life-saving skills.
Assess student competencies accurately and professionally, while maintaining thorough training documentation.
Keep current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training quality.
What You Need:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or TAE40116/TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher.
Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or higher (and willing to obtain HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid).
Fundamental IT Skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Current ABN or ACN, Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Desirable but Not Essential:
First aid training experience or VET training experience.
aXcelerate or Student Management System experience.
