We are currently recruiting for an Architect to join an internationally recognised Architecture & Interior Design practice based in Sydney.

Our client is renowned for their award-winning projects across multi-residential apartments, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, our client requires a skilled Architect with strong front-end design capabilities and proven multi-residential experience to join their team.

About the role:

Permanent Full-time

Sydney Based

Salary range – Competitive and discretionary pending experience

Opportunity to work on prestigious multi-residential developments in design phases

Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is required

A minimum of 4-7 years of local experience is required

ArchiCAD experience is essential

In the role of an Architect, you will be part of the following tasks:

Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of design schemes for multi-residential projects

Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver exceptional design outcomes

Prepare and present design concepts for clients and stakeholders

Develop detailed design documentation and specifications

Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout project delivery

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture

Stay current with industry trends, building codes and sustainability practices

In the role of an Architect, we require you to have the following experience:

Master of Architecture qualification

4-7 years’ professional experience

Current local experience working on multi-residential projects in Sydney

Strong front-end design capabilities

Experience across design phases (concept through to documentation)

Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or PR)

Currently residing in Sydney
