About the Role
As a Learning Architect, you will partner with clients to shape innovative, future-focused learning strategies that drive real business impact. With your deep expertise in Learning & Development and Human Resources, you’ll craft and articulate a clear training vision that empowers clients to see what’s possible and achievable.
You’ll embed adult learning principles across our sales and delivery teams, ensuring our solutions are practical, engaging, and grounded in best practices. Staying ahead of trends in the L&D space, you’ll help us continuously evolve our approach to deliver high-impact, relevant learning experiences that support our clients’ growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic conversations with senior executives to drive alignment on training and upskilling priorities.
Act as a thought leader, bringing insights on L&D and HR trends to shape impactful client solutions.
Design and scope customized learning programs that align with client business goals and adult learning principles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and outcomes-driven learning experiences.
Support sales enablement by aligning industry insights with AIM’s products and contributing to strategic account planning.
Define success metrics and evaluate training effectiveness, using data to inform continuous improvement.
About you
3–5 years experience in training, coaching, or adult learning, with strong facilitation skills.
Proven ability to lead solution-based sales and engage clients across the full sales lifecycle.
Strong understanding of L&D and HR functions, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to influence and align executive stakeholders around strategic learning initiatives.
Familiarity with learning platforms and delivery in in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
Broad knowledge of corporate processes and systems; post-secondary education preferred but not essential.
