Are you a creative, detail-oriented designer ready to take the next step in your career? I'm currently partnering with a boutique design & build firm based in the Sutherland Shire, known for crafting some of Sydney's most beautifully designed custom homes.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Architectural Designer to join a growing team that values creativity, collaboration, and end-to-end involvement in projects.

About the Company:

Specialises in luxury new builds and large-scale renovations

Projects span the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and surrounding areas

Fully integrated team across architecture, interiors, and construction

About the Role:

Work alongside the Director, registered Architect, and interior designers

Inject your own creative flair into high-end residential projects

Manage client presentations, design development, and approvals

Produce detailed documentation using Revit

Be involved from concept through to construction

We're Looking For:

Architectural or drafting qualifications (TAFE or university)

Strong Revit skills essential

1-3 years of local experience in residential design preferred

Familiarity with NSW residential codes (CDC/DA), BCA/NCC a bonus

Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients

A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Someone eager to grow into a senior design role over time
