About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced ResidentialSite Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience to join their team on a permanent basis for a large new project based in Mosman and surrounding suburbs. This is a hands-on role, requiring a skilled carpenter with solid experience in Framing, and structural work as well as fit-out and detailed finishes

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site carpentry work including framing, finishing, and structural alterations.
• Daily engagement with the site supervisor to ensure high-quality standards and project time-lines are met.
• All materials handling and ordering will be managed by the site supervisor, allowing you to focus on carpentry work.
• Ensuring compliance with OHS protocols; prior experience with workplace safety and procedures is essential.
• Work collaboratively with other trades as directed by the site supervisor, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a Cert III qualified carpenter.
• Own tools and transport is essential, including framing guns.
• Proven ability to manage various carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing.
• Experience in both large renovations and minor alterations.
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working on-site every day.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
