Our established sales and marketing office, integral to a market leading international corporation, seeks an Import Administrator with Customer Service & Order Entry expertise to contribute to our dynamic team.

Location: North Sydney, close to station

Full-time position with a base salary of $65K-$75K + super

Start ASAP

Ordinary 9am to 5pm, flexible hours and work-from-home arrangements may be available after training.

Your Role:

● Process orders and manage supply chain operations, including inbound logistics and inventory control.

● Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to maintain accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.

● Perform order entry and stock data management in our ERP system.

● Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.

● Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

● Experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management.

● Strong understanding of 3PL warehouse operations.

● Familiarity with data entry in ERP systems.

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel

● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

● A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

● Ability to work as part of a team.
