THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
As Business Development Manager, you'll help drive the company's continued growth in Victoria by tapping into new opportunities while expanding established accounts across both civil and private sectors.
Your primary focus will be on selling to facilities managers and property managers in commercial, industrial, and retail environments, with a secondary emphasis on civil infrastructure clients. You'll leverage the company's long-standing reputation and existing client relationships to deepen penetration in these channels.
Backed by a highly collaborative and close-knit local team, you’ll integrate into an established structure and benefit from shared leads, cross-channel selling, and hands-on support from other team members and leadership.
You’ll report directly to the National General Manager and have the flexibility to work from either their northern Melbourne office or their CBD office, depending on meetings and client activity.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
B2B sales experience within facilities management, civil construction, or related fields.
Proven success in building a pipeline, winning new business and developing accounts.
Desire and ability to work in a teamwork environment, and maintain the drive and initiative to develop your own opportunities and client relationships.
