About the Role As Project Coordinator, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives. Working across cross-functional teams, you’ll help track milestones, manage risks and issues, and keep project documentation on point. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and has a keen eye for detail.
This is a 3-month contract with hybrid working arrangements and strong potential for extension. Immediate start required.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO support role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Immediate availability required
• Familiarity with project delivery tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
  
  What to Expect You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and wider delivery teams to support project lifecycles from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for keeping project documentation up to date, maintaining governance and reporting frameworks, scheduling workshops, and helping manage risk logs and action items. You’ll also assist with tracking project budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial reporting is accurate and timely. Your ability to keep things running smoothly and efficiently will be key to the team’s success.
