Project Coordinator – Enablement Events Focus

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join an industry leading Saas company, supporting a global team delivering internal events and initiatives.
This role plays a key part in standardising how these events are planned, managed, and delivered – from logistics, resource allocation and communication to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication calendars and event collateral
• Own the end-to-end registration process for events in this space
• Create, assign, and coordinate events and projects within the team
• Assist with daily team operations, logistics, and cross-functional support
• Drive standardisation and process improvement across event and project delivery

About You:

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Operations Analyst role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, systematic, and a strong planner
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions
• Well-presented, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities with ease
