Program Coordinator opportunity at a large ANZ reputable organisation working across a multi-year Cybersecurity portfolio.

The portfolio has 5 major streams of work covering areas such as:

1. Information Protection
2. Cloud Security
3. IAM
4. Attack simulation
5. Information Protection

Responsibilities:

• Program Support: assist tracking of project activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
• Scheduling & Logistics: organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare and maintain program documentation including status reports, dashboards, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
• Issue & Risk Tracking: support the identification and monitoring of risks and issues.
• Resource Coordination: assist with onboarding, scheduling, and tracking of project resources and contractors.
• Tool Management: maintain and update project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Governance Support: help ensure compliance with governance processes and assist in preparing materials for steering committees and executive updates.
• Change Support: coordinating communications and training activities.

Essential experience:
