Project Coordinator – Cloud, Cybersecurity, IAM, Jira
Join our cybersecurity team and help deliver key projects that strengthen our security posture across cloud, network, SaaS, and DLP environments. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven space.

Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery across multiple cybersecurity initiatives
• Maintain plans, schedules, risk logs, and documentation
• Organize and run meetings, track actions and follow-ups
• Keep stakeholders aligned with timely communication
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and SharePoint
• Assist with basic business analysis and requirements gathering
• Prepare reports, highlight issues, and monitor progress
• Keep documentation organized and accessible

Experience needed:

• 3-5 years in a project coordination or support role
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with project tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
• Exposure to IT/cybersecurity projects
• Comfort with cloud/security terms (DLP, SaaS, CASB, RBAC, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
