About the Company

Edwards Group is a South Australia family owned and operated tourism company with their head office in Mawson Lakes. They are SA’s second largest operator of caravan parks, residential parks and lifestyle villages with their brands including Echo Holiday Parks, Virginia Residential Park and Waikerie Lifestyle Village. They also offer specialist building services for parks and villages for the lifestyle industry as Destination Homes Australia.

About the Role

As the Operations Administrator (internally titled Operations Assistant), you will support the Operations Manager to provide day-to-day support to on-site team members working in the tourist and residential parks. A dynamic role that is sure to offer exciting new challenges each day and an opportunity to use strong problem solving and research skills. You’ll grow your love and learn more about tourism, domestic travel and camping in regional Australia. This exciting role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
Duties

Support daily park operations, staff coordination, and site standards compliance

Assist with bookings, guest policies, and troubleshooting systems

Coordinate guest feedback, surveys, and communication improvements

Maintain procedures, risk assessments, and safety/compliance documentation

Coordinate operational systems including Newbook, software integrations, and IT support

Oversee residential park documentation, agreements, and utility rate updates

Research and recommend improvements in products, suppliers, and operational strategies

Conduct regular park visits to maintain high standards across all areas

Skills & Experience

Experience within the hospitality industry, accommodation background a bonus!

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Problem-solver with solid tech and systems confidence

Team player—approachable, adaptable, and collaborative

Financially curious— experience or a finance interest a must

Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service
