We’re Airworks Heating and Cooling—family-run, local to Sheidow Park, and proud to be known across Adelaide’s southern suburbs for quality service and a friendly approach. As we grow, we’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Administrative Officer who’s ready to dive in from day one, take ownership, and help us keep things ticking along.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Coordination: Answer phone calls, emails, and online enquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude—bonus points if you can confidently chat about air con units!

Job Scheduling: Use ServiceM8 to book in jobs, make adjustments, and keep techs on track

Admin & Invoicing: Create and send invoices, maintain accurate records, and support daily office operations

Office Support: Help the Director with admin tasks, stock ordering, and light reporting

Digital Help: Assist with keeping our website updated and occasionally jumping in on social media or online reviews

✅ What We’re Looking For

Admin experience in a trades or service-based business (air con, plumbing, electrical etc. = huge bonus!)

Someone who’s comfortable juggling calls, calendars, and customer expectations

A confident communicator with a warm, can-do attitude

Tech savvy (we use ServiceM8, cloud tools, and social media)

Highly organised, proactive, and reliable—you see what needs to be done and do it

Resilient and committed—you’re here to stick it out, not just show up. You know hard work pays off and you’re in it for the long haul

Not just lip service—you mean what you say, take initiative, and go above and beyond without being asked

A good sense of humour is welcome, too 😊
