🟢 Patrol Supervisor — Security Services

Full-Time | Adelaide | Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Patrol Supervisor to join our team and oversee the full range of patrol operations across our business. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive security and mobile patrol experience who can balance fieldwork, training, and administrative responsibilities.

About the Role:

Supervise and participate in all aspects of our mobile patrol operations, including day and overnight patrol shifts as part of a rotating roster.

Undertake field-based patrol work, ensuring a visible and professional security presence.

Conduct client meetings, review patrol requirements, and update scanpoints and reporting systems.

Oversee personnel reviews, training, and the implementation of procedures.

Act as the primary contact for staff training and development, ensuring all team members meet FSR’s standards.

Be available on an on-call basis (as part of the salaried package) to support operational requirements and respond to incidents.

Collaborate closely with management to implement continuous improvements, operational standards, and training programs.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in security, mobile patrol operations, and supervisory roles.

Proven ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Current Security Licence, valid Driver’s Licence, and relevant certifications (First Aid preferred).

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including night and day shifts, with field-based patrol duties included.
