In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team—managing daily logistics, supporting client communications, and ensuring our quoting process runs like clockwork. From planning geographically efficient quote runs for our sales reps, to managing data entry and following up with clients, your eye for detail and commitment to excellence will make you an asset to our business.

You’ll also help maintain the professional presentation of our sales office and showroom, assist with the preparation of marketing materials and client information packs, and ensure our sales tools are well-stocked and up to date. As part of the role, you’ll gain product knowledge across our premium window and door solutions, making it an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage/plan geographically logistic daily quote runs for each sales representative

Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional manner

Manage data entry of new clients, quote entries and winning over successful quotations to enable the production team

Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure seamless, swift quote work

Keep sales office area in a clean, tidy manner

Restock stationary and liaise with sales reps for any additional requirements

Follow up on quotes

Reports daily on sales enquiries received quotes booked in follow ups on quotes sent

Maintain showroom – keeping brochures fully stocked & Samples in a tidy manner

Provide weekly reports on enquiries received & sort by resource

Upkeep of Google Information & social media contacts & messages

Prepare info packs for clients

Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years’ experience in a scheduling role or similar

Sound knowledge of Perth Metro area location

Confident, strong communication skills and high attention to detail

Be open to learning basic sales knowledge on relevant window/door products

Schedule:

8 hour shift, Full-Time, Permanent

Day shift

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
