Our client, a well-known Australian brand is on the lookout for an experienced Program Coordinator to join them on a contract basis and support across a portfolio of projects.

About the role:

The role provides coordination support across a portfolio of projects, to enable the smooth running of
their delivery and governance. It provides oversight and assistance to projects to enable them to
comply with standards, utilise processes and tools, meet reporting criteria, prepare for key meetings,
onboard resources, secure vendors and complete many varied activities involved in the day to day running of projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a complex project/program delivery environment.
• Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle
• Understanding of project delivery methods, processes, standards, and tools
• Familiar with the resourcing needs of software development projects and programs
• Organised and able to plan own work to meet milestones.
• Good communication skills and highly developed collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to analyse data, draw conclusions and spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Ability to build relationships to follow up with people on missed deadlines and corrections.
• Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders to meet portfolio coordination objectives.
