The Opportunity

• A boutique builder that do a mix of their own developments and third party builds – seeking accomplished SM to lead $12m medical centre – this project will run until 2027
• Greenfield project, basement car park + 3 levels – bored piers, precast, muti level concrete structure with high end commercial finish
• 5 day working week, dedicated PM and CA to support you.
• Project confirmed, buiding permit granted, site establishment underway - start by the end of July or sooner if you are available

Your Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Preparation of fortnightly look ahead programs and updating work schedules
• Supervise and drive subcontractor performance to ensure that work meets quality standards and timelines
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
• Coordinate with your nominated PM and project consultants

Experience/Qualifications:

• A stable track record of employment at SM level, with a trade grounding in carpentry, and proven experience in multi level concrete structures and commercial finishes.
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Exposure in utilising site safety software - they run Buildpass
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
