They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a $10M early learning centre in Shepparton.

With project completion due by November 2025, this position is well suited to Melbourne-based professionals open to regional travel.

About the Role:

• Full responsibility for on-site delivery of a $10m early learning centre
• Manage all site activities including subcontractors, safety, quality, and scheduling
• Work closely with an experienced Project Manager and Melbourne-based support team
• Maintain a high standard of site presentation, compliance, and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing commercial new build construction sites up to $10M
• Strong leadership, coordination, and OH&S management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and drive program outcomes
• Willingness to work in Shepparton with travel support available
