Hudson Building Co is growing. We’re looking for a sharp Site Manager to lead high-quality residential projects across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

You’ll be backed with strong systems, a solid team, and the tools you need to run jobs like a pro.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for running jobs from start to finish — keeping them on schedule, on budget, and up to standard.

Your week will include:

Daily site checklists and job updates through WunderBuild

Toolbox meetings with your team

Weekly client meetings to track progress

Coordinating trades and suppliers

QA checklists at each project stage

Scheduling materials and organising deliveries

Managing site safety and team compliance

Helping scope labour and review estimates

Assisting with selections when onboarding clients

This is a leadership role. We’re not after a clipboard manager — we want someone who leads from the front, builds trust, and drives performance.

You’ve run residential builds before — you know what quality looks like
