An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join a well-established mining company based in the Perth CBD. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and a supportive team environment.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Workday or Pronto payroll systems
- Proven track record in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
- Interpret awards and enterprise agreements
- Maintain accurate employee records, including leave and entitlements
- Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Respond to and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner
- Contribute to payroll system improvements and efficiency initiatives
