About the role

This is a full-time, office-based Sales / Admin role located in Caulfield South, and within 6 month moving to Wantirna 3152 Victoria. You will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support, to the Alpha Saws and Tooling Australia Pty Ltd team, Picking and packing working closely with the broader Sales and Operations functions.

What you'll be doing

Processing and managing customer sales orders and enquiries

Ordering and maintaining stock level

Answering and responding to incoming customer calls and emails

Maintaining accurate customer records and sales data

Assisting with invoicing, shipping, and logistics coordination

Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team

Contributing to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements

Ordering For shipments and managing Stock Levels

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a customer-facing environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner and familiar with emailing and quoting

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiar with Xero / MYOB

A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team
