Protoblast is a small, but growing, family business who has been operating for 50 years. We design, manufacture, install and service sand blasting and shot blasting machines around Australia and New Zealand.

Key Accountabilities:

Overview of the ‘key’ or ‘major’ accountabilities / responsibilities.

. Live and drive company values of; Building Relationships, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Customer First.

· Collect all project info from sales team.

· Ensure team leaders know the project specs and budgets and are keeping to them.

· Liaise with procurement to ensure resources are available and are within budgets.

· Coordinate with team leaders to ensure a smooth production process.

· Liaise with the customer and install team regarding installation.

· Manage HR issues.

· Manage WHS.

· Implement and manage procedures and processes.

· Lead Lean Improvements.

· Manage quality control.

· Manages facility maintenance.

· Recruitment selection and onboarding with assistance from team leaders.

Other:

· Ad Hoc Responsibilities as required by Direct Manager and Senior Leaders.

Qualifications :

Minimum quals to proceed in recruitment

· Project Management / Operations Management course.

Experience :

Minimum experience to proceed in recruitment

· 4 years in a leadership role.

· 10 years’ experience in manufacturing.
