Job Summary:
The Chef will play a key role in leading the kitchen team, preparing high-quality dishes that align with our standards and maintaining a seamless kitchen operation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of all menu items, ensuring consistency with the restaurant's recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the management team to design and introduce new menu items and seasonal specials.
  • Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain portion control, presentation specifications, and cost-effective kitchen operations.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, maintaining freshness and quality.
  • Continuously assess and improve kitchen workflows to enhance efficiency and service speed.

Requirements:

  • Minimun 2 years of experience requirement in italian cuisine.
  • Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Proven experience in kitchen leadership, with the ability to train and supervise a team.
  • Expertise in a wide range of cooking methods and proficiency with kitchen equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration within the kitchen team.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations and a commitment to food safety.
  • Creative flair for menu development and food presentation.
  • Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of portion control.
