About the Role :
The Commercial Manager will drive our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in SaaS platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce) and Growth Services (Digital Marketing, SEO, Email, Data, Tech Support). This role is perfect for someone with a moderate eCommerce background and proven experience in prospecting and pipeline development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and drive business success.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure a balanced sales pipeline.
- Qualify new business opportunities and manage inbound leads effectively.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and commercial documentation.
- Ensure proposals clearly communicate Overdose’s unique value propositions, leading to high conversion rates.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop long-term engagements and expand service offerings.
- Leverage external networks and tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) to identify high-value prospects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on company goals.
- Maintain high standards in inter-departmental collaboration and global best practices.
Skills & Experience :
- Proven experience in eCommerce/digital, with knowledge of platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, display, social).
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Sales pipeline management experience, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and reporting.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and engaging potential clients.
