Company: Is well known in all the broker and aggregator circles, particularly as one of the top 3 lenders for their consumer (regulated) asset finance products. With ambitious growth plans ahead, they will be splitting out the Commercial side to ensure that the product gets the same market leading positioning across the full range of commercial asset finance products.

Opportunity: If you know the big commercial writers and are looking to run the key VIC region for a high growth company, this is well worth a discussion.

Role: Reports to the National Sales Manager and will be a significant contributor to the roll out of the new and greatly enhanced commercial finance products to the commercial asset finance broker market.

The role will work with the consumer BDM teams to build on their market leading position in the consumer market, to help build the company's position as a primary commercial lender.

As a result, they already have great broker relationships, this is about developing the same for commercial asset finance products.

This role will require some strategic planning. Planning about how to come to market with exisiting products, and where new products might best be positioned. Essentially, the right product needs to be rolled out to the right brokers' to ensure smooth market development.

Requirements: We are seeking the following skills and experience to undertake this new, specialised role:
1. Sales experience, developing 3rd party broker relationships for Commercial Asset finance
2. Strong understadning of the 3rd party / broker market and knowledge of plans received by big underwriters
3. Someone showing strategic sales ability, rolling out new products/markets
4. Future leader potential as this will be a key market, going forward
