We are currently recruiting for four key roles with leading organisations.

1. Head of Property Management - Commercial Agency

Melbourne CBD | $160K–$180K + Super + Comms

Join a highly regarded commercial agency in a senior leadership role.

Lead a team of 3 property managers + assistants

Oversee a quality portfolio across office and retail

Focus on team development, client relationships, and portfolio growth

Strategic leadership with strong autonomy and support

2. Head of Department - Commercial Property Group

Melbourne CBD | $150K–$170K + Super + Bonus

Drive the performance of an established property management division.

Lead team of property managers, admin, and trust accounting staff

Hands-on leadership and portfolio oversight

Strong internal systems, great culture, and performance incentives

Ideal for experienced leaders with a commercial mindset

3. Commercial Property Manager - Commercial Agency

Melbourne Inner Suburbs | $110K–$130K + Super + Comms

Manage a clean, well-supported portfolio with a top-tier agency.

Approx. 120 tenancies, all located close to the office

Minimum 4 years’ commercial experience required

Parking provided and great internal support

Excellent reputation and long-standing client relationships

4. Commercial Property Manager - Commercial Agency

Melbourne CBD | $100K–$120K + Super + Comms

Mid-level opportunity in a reputable CBD-based agency.

Manage a mixed portfolio of approx. 140 tenancies (mostly nearby)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial property

Strong team support and structured career growth

Ideal for someone ready to step up and take ownership
