About the role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day electrical installations, maintenance and breakdown support across utility-scale energy sites. You will lead a team of electricians, coordinate with other departments to ensure safety and efficiency, and contribute to the delivery of high-performing renewable energy systems.

Duties

Lead and supervise site-based electrical teams

Manage installation, maintenance and breakdown resolution activities

Ensure all electrical systems and components function correctly

Coordinate across departments to maintain efficiency and safety

Skills/Experience

Supervisory experience leading electrical teams

Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, equipment and systems

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Electrical trade background

Experience in the renewable energy sector (preferred)
