About the Role & Client
We're working with a highly respected contractor delivering key infrastructure and civil projects across Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to step into a leadership role on complex civil and underground infrastructure works.
You'll be responsible for supervising on-site electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and project managers to drive timely delivery. Having exposure to these projects previously will be crucial in delivery these assets and projects.

Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience supervising electrical works in civil or underground infrastructure projects (essential)
- NSW Electrical License (Supervisor or Contractor)
- Strong understanding of electrical containment, conduit, and underground cable installation
- Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and maintain site compliance
- White Card, and additional tickets (e.g., First Aid, RIW, Working at Heights) highly desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
