Electrical Supervisor – Warwick Farm and Smithfield | $55–$58/hr + Super + OT | Day & Night Shifts Available

Programmed has partnered with a leading manufacturing site in Warwick Farm to recruit highly skilled and motivated Electrical Supervisor roles. If you’re looking for a hands-on leadership role in a high-performance environment, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing and performing electrical maintenance across plant equipment

Leading a small team and ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations

Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to minimise downtime

Planning and executing preventative maintenance schedules

Supporting electrical upgrades, PLC work, and automation troubleshooting

Contributing to safety and production meetings and compliance reporting

Occasional weekend work as needed

What We’re Looking For

NSW Electrical Licence and trade qualifications

Experience in a supervisory or senior maintenance role

Strong background in PLCs, VSDs, and industrial automation

Excellent fault-finding skills and attention to detail

Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills

EWP, confined space, and forklift licences (preferred)

Safety-first attitude and a team player
