Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical, and BMS issues efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with a team to implement energy-efficient solutions and BMS upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical electrical.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (White Card, Electrical License, EWP).
• Knowledge of energy-efficient practices and sustainable building principles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
