Terra Drilling is currently seeking Surface Diamond Driller Supervisor to support ongoing and upcoming contracts across key West Australian exploration and mining regions, including the Goldfields, Yilgarn and Pilbara.

Operating since 2008, Terra Drilling is a respected specialist in surface diamond drilling. We deliver high-quality, safe and efficient drilling services to a diverse portfolio of clients—from junior explorers through to Tier-1 mining houses. Our operations focus on exploration, geotechnical, metallurgical and directional core drilling.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ surface diamond drilling experience, including as Lead Driller or Supervisor

Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot track/truck-mounted core rigs (NQ/HQ/PQ)

Demonstrated safety leadership and team coordination skills

Be flexible to fill in drill when needed

Current HR Licence, Senior First Aid, and National Police Clearance (within 3 months)

Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations (or equivalent experience)

Capable of meeting pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol requirements
