Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both commercial and residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all aspects of property management are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties

Prepare monthly reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Conduct outgoing reconciliations and ensure all financial obligations are met

Handle lease administration, rent reviews, and renewals

Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to maintain asset performance

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures

What We're Looking For:

High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Sound financial acumen with the ability to undertake outgoing reconciliations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Proven experience in property management (commercial and residential)

Proficiency Microsoft excel, property management software and adaptable in learning new systems.
