Lake Cathie Medical Centre is located within the Lake Cathie Health Complex just 10 minutes south of Port Macquarie. With 16 GP's working out of the centre, our nursing unit is kept busy seeing both their patient load and requests from the doctors

About the role

We currently have 7 nurses that make up our nursing unit. Our practice nurses play an integral role in our practice and are very well respected by both clinicians and patients alike. This role will require the successful candidate to perform tasks including but not limited to; immunisations, wound management, chronic disease management, assisting with skin procedures, ear syringing, ECG's, INR's, sterilization, stock ordering

Skills and experience

Successful candidate must be EEN or RN with current AHPRA registration

Medical Director & Pracsoft experience preferred but not essential

Prior practice nursing experience preferred but not essential
