We are looking for an RN who has experience in primary care and is keen to shape patient care and improve outcomes.

You will be joining a modern primary care clinic with a focus on quality patient care and a fantastic work culture.

Our established multidisciplinary team, consisting of another experienced RN, 6 GPs and allied health professionals are all focused on providing excellent care in a warm, supportive environment.

The Practice is digitally enabled and community orientated with a focus on the present and an eye on the future of primary care.

Your role as our practice nurse will focus on enhancing patient outcomes, delivering care in practice, and virtually and collaborating on a regular basis with other team members and patients. The role will vary between regular treatment room tasks and scheduled patient care, such as

Immunisations (adult & children), wound care and assistance with minor procedures.

Daily coordination of the treatment room

Assist in providing services such as health assessments and chronic disease management planning.

Responsible for management of clinical data

Cold chain

Proactively promote health and preventative care.

Ideal strengths

Ability to co-ordinate patient care and manage patient data

Comfortable in assessment of acute patient presentations

Strong communicator

12 months experience as a practice nurse

Accredited Nurse Immuniser
