Rhodes Family Practice seeks graduate enrolled nurse to join our team in a supported environment.

Hours : 8.30am-5.00 pm, Weekday

Essential:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Have a high standard of English language skill.
Be reliable, efficient and willing to learn new skills.
Enjoys working with young families and children

Key Skills:

Knowledge of immunization schedule and be confident giving injections.
Current APHRA registration
Current professional development

Current CPR/ Life Support Certificate

Venesection Certificate

Duties include ( not limited to):

You will be working alongside the RN.

Administer vaccines (including to children)
Assisting in minor procedures, dressings

Venepuncture, blood collection

Maintaining cold chain and vaccine stock
Autoclaving and managing treatment room supplies

Nursing administration duties eg. Recalls and clinical duties

Front desk administration support
Triage, dealing with phone enquiries ( including bookings)
