💼 The Role

We’re seeking a warm, motivated RN to join our clinical team 3 days per week (with flexibility to grow). You'll work closely with our GPs and support team to deliver exceptional preventative care and chronic disease management.

You’ll get to:

Perform immunisations, ECGs, wound care, and assist with minor procedures

Deliver comprehensive CDM care (GPMPs, TCAs, Health Assessments, Reviews)

Manage vaccine fridge, cold chain, and infection control protocols

Contribute to accreditation, process improvements, and patient education

✅ What You’ll Bring

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

CPR certification (within past 12 months)

Experience in general practice nursing, CDM, and wound care

Confidence with immunisations, procedures, and infection control

Comfort with technology (Best Practice, HotDoc and PENCAT a bonus)

Working With Children Check & Police Check
