Qualifications & experience

Proven mechanical experience in automotive systems, preferably with knowledge of Camper and Caravan suspension upgrades.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computer software for documentation and customer relationship management (CRM).

A passion for the adventure industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

Forklift and scissor lift license.

Tasks & responsibilities

Based at the Crestmead QLD Office.

Integration of LSP’s Camper Trailer and Van suspension products into Lovells Automotive’s range, ensuring alignment with existing product lines and systems.

Manage existing sales channels for Camper Trailers and Caravans and handle integration into Lovells Automotive’s established distribution networks.

Establish and manage key accounts, including Camper Trailer OEM’s, providing ongoing sales and technical support.

Provide direct sales support when necessary, including internal sales and technical sales assistance for Lovells Franchises across all Product Ranges.

Provide training to the sales team and technical support to the engineering teams, ensuring product knowledge is disseminated efficiently across both Camper Trailer and Lovells Automotive ranges.

Assist with planning and attending exhibitions and shows in Australia, New Zealand, and other territories to promote all product ranges

Assist the Product Manager with fill to and reorder points for camper trailer products for Franchises.

Assist the General Manager and Product Manager with part number creation and catalogue amendments and installation manuals for all product ranges, specifically the Camper Trailer Range.
