The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced On Road Account Manager to join our Brisbane-based team and drive growth across Queensland. Reporting to the Director and National Sales Manager, you’ll manage a defined territory, build long-term relationships, and contribute to our expansion in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients

Deliver technical advice and product demonstrations

Assist with order logistics and fulfilment

Monitor market activity and report on customer trends

Submit regular call cycle reports and forecasts

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years' experience in field sales (preferably in fasteners, building materials, or industrial sectors)

Strong B2B relationship-building and negotiation skills

A proactive, self-motivated sales professional

Technically savvy with ability to learn product specs

Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office is a must, ERP system is advantageous

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within QLD
