As our business continues to thrive, we have an exciting 12 month fixed-term full-time maternity cover contract opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing activities and ensuring our brand presence is maintained across all channels. Reporting to the Directors, you will collaborate with our sales teams and key suppliers to drive marketing initiatives that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and print.

✅ Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content creation and scheduling.

✅ Ensure the company website and online store are regularly updated with fresh and relevant content.

✅ Create engaging written and visual content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and the company website.

✅ Support the creation of marketing materials such as magazines, brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

✅ Assist in organising trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

✅ Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.

✅ Support internal communication initiatives.

✅ Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as required.

About You:

Proven experience in a marketing support role (ideally 3+ years).

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, graphic design or related field and/or equivalent professional experience.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, graphic design, e-commerce, event management and social media management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce, Microsoft Excel, Mailchimp, Semrush, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant, and Meta advertising.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

A great team player with effective networking, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external agencies/suppliers.

Approachable, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, creative, a 'can do' attitude and a highly organised individual.
