Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing and communications initiatives that promote our services and enhance our brand visibility.

This is a full-time, Maximum Term (12 months) cover role ending May 2026 in our Bowen Hills Office, Brisbane. Hybrid work options are available, including up to two days per week from home.

You’ll report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and work closely with a small, collaborative team to support the execution of campaigns, events, and content creation across digital and print platforms.

Some intrastate and interstate travel may be required to capture great content and bring our stories to life.

What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Specifically, you’ll have:

· Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience creating marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, and promotional content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms such as Canva, WordPress, MailChimp, and social media tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
  • While not essential, we’d also love:
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with photography and video equipment.

You will need to have a current Australian Driver Licence and be eligible for a clean National Police Check.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily operations of the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials and merchandise.
  • Develop and schedule content for social media, website, intranet, and newsletters.
  • Support Google Ads campaigns and website listings.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate distribution of promotional items.
  • Assist with event planning and new service launches.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors.
  • Support financial processes including invoice management and reconciliations.

The salary for this role ranges between 68,000 – 72,000 per annum plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging options up to $15,900 per year.

The salary on offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
