Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Assistant / Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our online presence and supporting the delivery of strategic campaigns across our key regions: Sunshine Coast, Central Coast, and Sydney East.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll manage digital content creation, maintain and update websites, support service launches, coordinate email marketing campaigns, and drive engagement across our social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow, take ownership of their work, and help us reshape how home care is marketed and understood.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule engaging content across our social media channels

Write compelling content for blogs, newsletters, emails, and social media

Coordinate email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and monthly newsletters

Update and manage website content for new services and locations

Support SEO efforts through blog writing and keyword optimisation

Collaborate with our digital ad agency to support campaigns and reporting

Assist in launching new brands, services, and digital assets (websites, social channels, etc.)

Create branded graphics and videos, preferably using Adobe Creative Suite

Provide basic support for event marketing and promotional activities

About You

Qualifications & Experience

✔ 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
✔ Strong writing and content creation skills across digital platforms
✔ Experience with social media tools, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and email marketing systems
✔ Familiarity with Canva or preferably Adobe Suite for visual content creation
✔ Understanding of SEO, Google tools, and digital performance metrics

✔ Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot is highly desirable
✔ Experience working in healthcare, aged care, or wellness industries is desirable but not essential.
