Gold Coast Care Services is a leading NDIS provider in South East QLD.

Due to our success in delivering high-quality care services in the Gold Coast, we are now seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our business and growth to the next level.

The Role:

The BDM will be tasked to grow the client base and onboard new customers.

The BDM will liaise with a network of allied health and support co-ordinators offering our unique services and build lasting relationships.

The Business Development Manager will be involved in defining GCCS value propositioning and positioning the GCCS brand, as a provider of choice in the QLD marketplace.

Would suit a Support Coordinator looking for a change in positions.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in the care industry, with a strong knowledge base of NDIS and aged care services and stakeholders.

Ability to bring previous relationships / clients into the GCCS fold.

A Queenslander at heart, with strong business development skills.

Ability to think on your feet, and outside the box to get the job done.

Ability to map out opportunities/target areas and stakeholders independently to scope the market.
